RETURN PERIOD

RETURN PROCESS

2. Prepare the Product: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Place the product in the original cover to ensure it is returned safely.
   
   
3. Arrange Pickup: We will coordinate the return shipping with our courier services. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any applicable customs fees for international returns.
   
   

REFUNDS

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your return within 1-3 business days.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will exclude shipping fees and will be completed within 30 working days, in accordance with the policies of the credit card issuer.
