NRP Mod. 1 – Navy Italian Corduroy Trousers

Navy corduroy trousers handcrafted in Naples from Italian corduroy. The NRP Mod. 1 combines a single front pleat, extended waistband with side tabs and balanced tailored proportions in a deep navy tone.
Navy corduroy trousers interpreted through the NRP Mod. 1, combining Italian corduroy with the refined proportions and construction of Neapolitan tailoring.
The deep Navy tone gives the fabric a versatile and understated character. Familiar enough to work as an everyday neutral, the ribbed surface of the corduroy introduces texture and depth that distinguish it from conventional navy tailored trousers.
The NRP Mod. 1 is defined by a single front pleat and a 12 cm extended waistband, finished with side tabs and belt loops. This construction provides structure through the waist while maintaining ease and comfort through the upper part of the silhouette.
Italian corduroy gives the model a softer and more relaxed attitude. Its pronounced texture interacts with the dark navy color, creating subtle tonal variations depending on the light and reinforcing the tactile quality of the garment.
The result is particularly versatile, working naturally with grey, brown, cream, green, camel and a wide range of seasonal knitwear and outerwear.
Handcrafted in Naples, the NRP Mod. 1 reflects NR Napoli’s approach to classic menswear: recognizable sartorial codes reconsidered through texture, proportion and everyday functionality.
