Handcrafted in Naples from rare linen solaro inspired by vintage archival fabrics, the NRP Mod. 4 Drawstring Trouser features an elasticated drawstring waistband, a single pleat, and belt loops for a unique balance of comfort and sartorial structure. A relaxed trouser that embodies NR NAPOLI’s philosophy of Funky Elegance.
NRP Mod. 4 Drawstring Trouser represents NR NAPOLI’s modern interpretation of the classic drawstring pant, developed with a distinctly sartorial approach.
Handcrafted in Naples, this model was the result of extensive development to create a trouser that merges the comfort of relaxed trousers with the structure of traditional tailoring. The design features an elasticated waistband with drawstring, combined with belt loops, allowing the trousers to be worn both casually or styled more formally with a belt.
A single pleat at the front adds volume and elegance, maintaining the aesthetic language of classic Neapolitan trousers while preserving the ease expected from a drawstring construction.
This version is crafted from a rare linen solaro fabric, inspired by vintage textiles discovered during Nicola’s research through archival Ralph Lauren fabrics. The result is a beautifully textured linen with the distinctive depth and subtle tonal effect characteristic of solaro fabrics.
Lightweight, breathable, and visually rich, the fabric makes these trousers ideal for warm-weather dressing while adding a unique character rarely found in contemporary linen trousers.
