PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 17:30 (CET – Central European Time). Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (ITALY)

We ship all domestic orders within Italy using DHL. Typical delivery times are 2-3 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the location and size of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to select countries through FEDEX. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, typically ranging from 2-4 business days. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the order.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and size/weight of your order. Any applicable taxes or customs fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

DELAYS AND ISSUES

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs procedures. If your shipment is delayed, please contact our customer service at help@nicolaradano.com for assistance.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@nicolaradano.com. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
