Beige waxed cotton jacket inspired by vintage Greek and American military outerwear. The TARGA is handcrafted in Naples from 100% waxed cotton with a relaxed wide fit, slightly cropped length and unlined construction designed for everyday wear, light rain and motorcycle use.
Beige waxed cotton jacket developed through TARGA, an NR Napoli outerwear model inspired by vintage Greek and American military jackets and reinterpreted through a relaxed Neapolitan point of view.
Handcrafted in Naples from 100% waxed cotton, the Beige version gives the military-inspired silhouette a lighter and more understated character. The neutral tone works naturally with navy, denim, brown, olive, ecru and seasonal knitwear, making the jacket particularly versatile across transitional seasons.
TARGA is designed with a deliberately wide and relaxed fit through the body, balanced by a slightly cropped length. The proportions allow comfortable layering while keeping the silhouette controlled and distinctive.
The jacket is completely unlined, preserving the natural flexibility and lightness of the waxed cotton. Its wax treatment gives the fabric resistance to wind and light rain while creating the characteristic surface and tactile quality associated with traditional waxed outerwear.
The design draws on two different military traditions: vintage Greek field jackets and classic American military garments. Rather than reproducing a historical uniform, TARGA combines elements of both references into a functional everyday jacket with a contemporary fit.
The model was also developed with motorcycle use in mind. Nicola Radano has long worn this type of military-inspired waxed jacket while riding, appreciating the combination of protection, freedom of movement and compact proportions.
The Beige waxed cotton will naturally develop creases, marks and subtle tonal changes with wear. This evolution is intrinsic to the fabric and gives each garment a unique character over time.
Handcrafted in Naples, TARGA translates utilitarian outerwear into the NR Napoli vocabulary: relaxed proportions, vintage references and functionality brought together through the idea of Funky Elegance.
